I've always done my Christmas shopping throughout the entire year, and often have everything purchased and wrapped by Thanksgiving. This year, however, I decided to hold off until after Thanksgiving to buy anything at all. I had a number of reasons including our budget and where to hide the presents, as well as wanting to include my husband in a couple of intentional shopping sprees. But the main reason I've not made a single purchase yet, is that I haven't wanted tangible presents occupying my thoughts this Christmas.
There is only One gift on my mind right now.
This weekend truly begins the Christmas season for me, because this weekend I get to focus on and present the most wonderful Christmas Gift of all to hundreds of sweet women.
O, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with gift giving, i even like giving and receiving extravagant gifts sometimes. (hint hint, my Darling Husband) But
this video is about the greatest present ever given. Take a look and a listen but remember, a gift really isn't a gift until it's received.
